Taigam, Sidisi’s Hand borderless MTG alter.

I love these commissions where I have the opportunity to paint on unconventional surfaces. This particular one blends my love of table top gaming and art! This painting required many small marks to match the texture of the existing art. Academically speaking, I was stippling. My existing acrylics couldn’t match the intensity of the purple, so I used some clear acrylic binder and mixed quinacridone purple pigment into it to make a color shifting glaze.
