I loved painting this little model. On such a small scale, mentally I don’t feel burnt out giving 100% across all these surfaces. I wanted the metal blade to have a crunchy yet supernatural property with a dried, cracking wood handle. The rest of the model I layer painted and used washes to make it as smooth as possible. I love how this model stood out and appreciated the separation in those three textures.
