Black Coach

This was a commissioned model. As always, I used the technique that would best represent the texture of the material: coarse bones, smooth ghost ether, crunchy wood, and shining metals. A fun detail I did for this piece is that in the coffin in the carriage, I used a ghost’s hand from another model to be extending from out of the coffin’s cracked lid. Every nail and rivet was painted, and several different metals were used to visually break up the shapes and add more interest.
