This is the most beautiful yet ugly thing I have made, and I value the contrast in the feelings that stir and reflections it can bring.

Conceptually, I wanted to create a person that viewers respond to on the line of empathy and judgment — to create some measure of conflict in being confronted with that dissonance.

Visually my focus was on a networking web of beautiful surface textures, creating wrinkles from the harsh expressions of a wicked life.
