Super dark yet beautiful. It’s an alla prima oil painting using raw umber for the warms, Payne’s grey for the cool colors, and titanium white to tint. I used Arches oil paper coated in linseed oil, which I really enjoyed. This painting earned an award at 2021 Florida Art Educators Association virtual juried art exhibition. I gifted the original work to my sister, Megan.
